Found in the latest issue of Martha Stewart, a very easy roasted duck served with marmalade glaze.

That looks delicious. I've never prepared duck at home. I don't know why I find it intimidating. But I have a duck confit recipe that I'm dying to try.

Yum! That sounds so delicious. I agree with Hot Cocoa, for some reason I find making duck intimidating. I love eating it though.
